Every job gets an itemised written price on site before any tools come out, and that number does not change once work begins. If the honest answer is that a repair is not worth doing, we will tell you that too — a second opinion that saves you a door replacement is worth more to us than a sale.
Our line is answered by a live dispatcher 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Trucks are stocked with the parts that fail most often — springs in common sizes, cables, rollers, hinges, sensors and opener gear kits — so most calls are one visit rather than two.
Workmanship is warranted, and parts carry their manufacturer coverage. If something we touched is not right, we come back.
