Garage Door Repair · Index
When a garage door fails in Index, it fails at the worst possible moment — usually on a workday morning with a car behind it. Infinity Garage Doors 247 covers Index and the surrounding Washington area with same-day appointments and a phone line that is answered around the clock.
A garage door is the heaviest moving object in most homes, and it fails in stages rather than all at once. The noise gets louder, one side starts lagging, the opener strains a little longer each time — and then one morning it stops. By the time a door refuses to move, the underlying part usually failed weeks earlier.
Every repair visit starts with the same 25-point diagnostic: spring tension and cycle wear, cable condition at both drums, track alignment, roller and hinge play, opener force and travel limits, and the safety reverse test. We show you what failed and why before quoting, so you are not paying for a part swap that leaves the real cause in place.
| Job | Relative cost |

| Safety sensor realignment / minor adjustment | $ |
| Roller or hinge replacement | $ |

The estimate held even after they found a bent bracket. No surprise line items at the end.
Amara E.Garage door repair · Index, WADoor reversed every time it touched the floor. Turned out to be a sensor knocked out of alignment plus a worn roller. Fixed in about forty minutes.
Curtis L.Garage door repair · Index, WASprings on our double door had both gone. Replaced as a matched pair with higher cycle springs so we are not doing this again in three years.

We do both. That covers insulated steel, carriage house, modern flush and glass panel doors, plus belt-drive, chain-drive and wall-mount openers with Wi-Fi and battery backup. We measure, quote, install, balance and haul the old door away.
We run a 24/7 line and dispatch after hours across Index and the surrounding Washington area. Any after-hours difference is quoted to you on the phone before we roll a truck, so you can decide whether to book now or first thing in the morning.
Yes. We work on every major door and opener brand regardless of who installed it, and we stock the parts that fail most often.
Usually a safety sensor issue or a down-force setting that is too sensitive. Sometimes it is a real obstruction, a worn roller binding in the track, or a door that has fallen out of balance. All four are quick to diagnose in person.
Most Index calls placed before mid-afternoon are handled the same day, and everything else is normally booked for the next morning. Our phone line at (877) 230-8949 is answered 24 hours a day, so emergency calls — a snapped spring, a door stuck open, a car trapped inside — go straight to a dispatcher rather than voicemail.
Yes. We service rolling steel, coiling and sectional overhead doors for shops, warehouses, fleet bays and loading docks throughout Index, including high-cycle spring and operator upgrades and scheduled preventive maintenance.
